Heather Kaye

For more than a decade, I have been developing leaders. Whether you are a leader in your own life or for an organization, I help you make a greater contribution by realizing what matters most to you and aligning that with your daily life and work. As a professional coach and organizational consultant, I am trained to successfully support, challenge and guide you to identify and express your highest good. Together we will deeply examine your life questions; articulate your vision and clarify the contribution you want to make. You can then live from the beliefs that support your true reality, align with your authentic self and daily make conscious choices.

I will ask questions you haven't considered. I will definitely challenge you to focus within, expand your perspective and tap into the inner wisdom you already possess. I will suggest options for change, encourage you to act in accordance with your values and be present for you if you falter.

I bring over thirty years of corporate experience to my coaching. I am certified by the International Coach Federation and have served on the faculty of Newfield Network, an accredited coaching school. Throughout my career, I have developed a number of professional tools, such as Awakening Purpose and Vision, to assist my clients. As I work with you, I will provide various forms of support, tailored to your needs.

Trish Silber

Trish Silber is president of Aliniad Consulting Partners, Inc., a Washington D.C.-based consulting firm focused on leadership, team, and organization development. Her expertise is in coaching executives; leading system-wide organization change efforts; and designing and leading organizational learning in the areas of leadership, team development, complex systems, communication, and conflict.

Trish most frequently coach individuals or executive teams who are seeking to achieve higher performance, needing to address derailing behaviors or navigating significant transitions. She also guides executives in developing their natural leadership signature – the strategic integration of their unique leadership purpose, presence, and practices.

The principles of complexity science have inspired Trish’s consulting approach for over two decades. Applying these principles has significantly increased the capacity of her clients to successfully influence the dynamic systems and environments in which they work and live. In recent years, Trish’s conference presentations, publications and pro bono consulting have been focused on furthering our collective understanding of the powerful implications of complexity science on organizational consulting.

Before forming Aliniad, Trish was a senior partner with Catalyst Consulting Team, Inc., a national firm known for work in strategic alignment, leadership development, and experiential learning. She earned a masters degree in business from Santa Clara University College and a BA in behavioral psychology Connecticut College. She served on the faculty of the George Washington University graduate program on leadership coaching from 2001 to 2006.

Kathleen Loehr

Kathleen Loehr is a seasoned fundraising professional who has facilitated Leadership Sanctuary cohorts for Executive Directors and Development Directors. Her three-decade career in the nonprofit sector includes leadership within the fields of childcare, fundraising, disaster fundraising, women in philanthropy, international non-governmental organizations, and nonprofit effectiveness. 

Kathleen has a passion for developing leaders and effective teams. She is a pragmatic, intuitive, and relational leader who understands the complexities and demands of leading change in nonprofits. Strong, skilled and mindful leaders are a key ingredient to a nonprofit’s effectiveness in today’s demanding environment. 

Rigorously trained as a leadership coach by the Strozzi Institute, Kathleen has coached many nonprofit leaders across the country to enhance their fundraising ability. With over thirty years in the non profit sector, she has honed a particular gift in coaching leaders at any level to take more consistent and effective actions to break through daily challenges and fulfill on their mission.

Sheila Diggs

Sheila Diggs is the founder of Diggs Group, a DC based, minority owned consulting firm. Sheila has over 20 years of experience in developing leaders in public, nonprofit and private sector organizations. With a specialization in executive coaching, leadership and team development, Sheila has worked extensively to support accomplished technical leaders integrate skillful leadership in their organizational roles. Some specific areas of focus for client development include: creating organizational vision and developing strategies to actualize vision; enhancing emotional intelligence, leveraging diverse working environments, building trust and interpersonal communication to create strategic relationships.

Sheila has specifically been committed to working with leaders in international development organizations to support them in their leadership contributions to reduce poverty and increase fairness in gender and child rights.

  • Executive Coach and leadership development for a non-profit organization that provides fellowships for Global Health Professionals that support USAID efforts.
  • Team facilitation and change management for a non-profit Parks and Conservation organization.
  • Leadership development program for high performing emerging leaders and teams utilized by a World Health Organization division.
  • Team alignment, organizational development and Executive Coaching for Healthcare leaders in a top 10 Teaching Healthcare Organization, Brigham and Women’s Hospital (Harvard University) to build trust and initiate difficult conversations within a diverse team environment. Intervention resulted in significant changes in patient satisfaction metrics. Coached Senior Leaders to support trust intervention.
  • Executive Coaching and Organizational Development interventions for United Nations, Food and Agriculture Organization responsible for Gender and Rural Development and Food Statistics. Provided 360 assessments and strategy development for senior managers and their teams. A primary focus was on managing in environments with staff from diverse nationalities.
  • Co-management for an executive coaching program in an international development services organization to support the leadership development for international executives and emerging leaders.

Sheila’s professional background in technology, management, training, and human resources/professional services offers her clients an integrated approach to the strategic and tactical elements essential for succeeding in organizations.

Sheila has also served as Deputy Director, Professional and Organizational Development for Global Health Fellows Program and Lead Coach for the World Bank Group where she led organizational alignment on a strategy to effectively align executive coaching with the organization’s strategic direction. These roles enabled her to understand the opportunities and challenges for leading in organizations that support poverty initiatives.

Lynnette Yount

Lynette is the founder and principal of Lynnette Yount Associates, Inc. (LYA), a leadership and organization development consulting firm specializing in coaching, training and organization transformation. As a Master Certified executive coach she is committed to developing public leaders.

She received her initial coach training from the Newfield Network in 2000 and has been involved as a learner and program coach in Newfield ever since. She teaches Generative Leadership to senior level managers and provides team coaching for management teams and intact staff groups. She has been a consultant to companies, federal agencies, and non-profit organizations. She has developed curriculum, written student manuals and leader guides, and delivered a variety of innovative training programs. Lynette is a frequent keynote speaker, and participates on panels and advisory boards.  

Lynette is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation, and completed the certificate program in Coaching and Organization Learning (NCOL) from George Mason University in partnership with Newfield Network.  She is a Newfield Certified Ontological Coach® (NCOC) and a member of the honorary Newfield “Blackbelts” coaching group of long-timers. She works as a mentor/coach for Newfield including having served on the staff for the Newfield partnership program with Villanova University on Leadership and Coaching.

She is currently studying “Coaching Excellence in Organizations” (CEO) with Bob Dunham, Generative Leadership Institute, in partnership with the Newfield Network, as well as serving as a program coach for the CEO Program.

She is a Master Certified Coach and is the recipient of the ICF DC Metro Chapter’s 2011 PRISM award for her work with Arlington County Government.

Jill Minneman

An innovative leader and leadership coach, Jill Minneman is recognized for her transformative approach to coaching. She works with C-suite Executives, Executive Directors of non-profits, and other leaders to help them realize their best selves so they can make the big ideas happen for their organizations. Jill partners with clients to ignite their inner spark for growth and greatness, helps them increase their drive to thrive, works constructively to identify and reduce obstacles, and designs practices and behaviors to help them reach what they set out to attain.

Jill blends over 20 years of experience in management consulting, nonprofit board service, and grantmaking, with the mindfulness, self-awareness and stress reduction of yoga. She is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program, is in the process of certification as a Four Desires trainer (a system which uses yoga tools and philosophy to live your purpose), and has training in Non-Violent Communication and Inner Relationship Focusing.

Jill is deeply committed to her work as chair of the grants committee of the Tikkun Olam Women’s Foundation, which makes grants for social change for women and girls in the Washington DC area and Israel. She is a member of the board of directors of the Sitar Arts Center, an award winning program which provides underserved children with high quality arts education, where she serves on the strategic planning and human resources committees. She teaches yoga and meditation at Circle Yoga.

Jill has extensive work experience in developing countries and speaks Spanish as a second language. She holds a BA in International Relations from Tufts University and an MA in International Economics and Business from the Fletcher School. She enjoys yoga, cycling, reading, playing the flute, traveling the world, and spending time with her husband Tom, two sons, and best-dog-ever Teddy.

Maria Nagorski

Maria T. Nagorski is the Executive Director of the nonprofit organization Fair Chance. Fair Chance partners with community-based nonprofits to increase their ability to address issues related to child poverty. Previously, from 1999 to 2007, Ms. Nagorski provided leadership and training services to a variety of organizations, including the United Nations World Food Programme, the White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood, and the International Youth Foundation. From 1994 to 1999, Ms. Nagorski was the Founder and Executive Director of Center for Youth as Resources, a national organization focused on engaging youth in service, philanthropy, and leadership in their communities. Concurrently, from 1985 to 1999, she was the Deputy Executive Director of the National Crime Prevention Council.

Ms. Nagorski is an active member of Leadership Greater Washington and was awarded a 2010 Purpose Prize Fellowship by Civic Ventures. Ms. Nagorski received a B.A. in History from the University of Rochester.
